Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and perishable goods (e.g., food or plants). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must still be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Easy Returns

You have 7 days to request a return after receiving your order. Customers are requested to raise return queries within this timeframe. Our customer support team is available anytime to assist with order, payment, or shipment issues.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as personal care products are not returnable.


How to Return a Product

  1. Visit the Return Center and fill out the returns form. Once you submit your request, you will receive a confirmation email.
  2. We typically respond to return requests within 24 working hours and schedule a reverse pickup.
  3. You’ll receive an email with further instructions for returning your product.

Important: Please return products in their original packaging along with the receipt or bill.


Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned shipment is received and inspected at our facility.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a link will be sent to your registered mobile number. You will need to fill in your bank details to redeem the refund amount.
  • Refunds typically take 24 working hours to process and may take an additional 4-5 working days to reflect in your account.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you can simply reject the package at the time of delivery and return it.
